Buz Nesbit Jeremy Owens Don Liska Purpose Three members of the Planning Board of the City of DeLand and three members of the Zoning Commission of the County of Volusia having jurisdiction will provide advice and counsel relative to matters related to land use, planning, zoning and development in the Greater DeLand Area and after reviewing a land use request will make a recommendation to the Zoning Commission of the County of Volusia having jurisdiction for further reflection and recommendation to the Volusia County Council, except in those cases where annexation proceedings have been initiated for the land in question, in which case this advisory board will make their guidance in writing to the Planning Board of the City of DeLand.
