Youth Flag Football League

The DeLand City Youth Flag Football League is open for girls and boys ages 7 to 12. Players must live in or around The Greater DeLand area.

We will have a Spring and Fall season for the DeLand City Youth Flag Football League.

Location

Practices and games will mostly be scheduled on Monday and Wednesday nights at Sperling Sports Complex. The Sperling Sports Complex is located at:
1500 Matt Fair Boulevard
DeLand, Florida 32724

Fees

The fee is $75 per player, which includes the uniform (jersey and shorts).

Registration Deadlines

How to Register: We now have an online system to register from the comfort of your home (Civic Rec). Click the link https://secure.rec1.com/FL/deland-fl/catalog to create a profile / select the sport you choose to register in (FYI the sport registration must be open by date of registration) and continue to pay with credit card. If you choose to pay with cash or check you will still need to create a profile from home or in the office, and then pay cash or check in the office at 230 N. Stone street DeLand (next to freedom playground) between 8:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:30pm

Spring Youth Flag Season: Deadline: Wednesday, March 4th, 2026 (Age as of January 1, same year)
Fall Youth Flag Season: Deadline: Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026 (Age as of July 1, same year)
