Whereas,
the City of DeLand has grown to be a city rich in historical background;

In
the City of DeLand, urging all our citizens to enjoy themselves
by joining in the many activities planned; and further, commending
the dedicated volunteers who have contributed so much in making
this Founders celebration a memorable and pleasent occasion.

C. Rigsby, Mayor
