Mission

·         Overall management and administrative support of City Public Services and Safety Departments.

·         Support the City Commission by identifying needs and issues as well as policy alternatives.

·         Fulfill all administrative responsibilities exclusive of the legislative agenda for the City Commission.

·         Prepare the annual budget addressing the strategic issues adopted by the City Commission and implementing policy goals of the City Commission.

·         Provide citizens with most current information in all areas of City government with timely response to all concerns.
