The City Clerk's Office is responsible for maintaining, recording and preserving all official documents and proceedings of the City Commission, as well as providing required public notices; preparing and distributing City Commission agendas; providing information and assistance to the public and city staff; maintaining a comprehensive records management system; coordinating the codification and publication of the City's Code of Ordinances; qualifying candidates for municipal office and supervising municipal elections; providing internal auditing functions; administering the city's parking enforcement program and administering the City's telephone system.
