URGENT E- LERT - Attempted Burglary

Just occurred at 8:00am - attempted burglary in the 200 blk. Of S. Salisbury. A man kicked in a front door in a failed attempt to gain entry. If anyone sees a man matching the following description, contact the DeLand Police Department immediately by calling 9-1-1.
Black male approximately 25 years old
Short twisty dreadlocks
Wearing a ball cap
Wearing a white hoody type t-shirt or sweat shirt
Wearing black pants with white shoes
Do not confront – call 9-1-1 immediately
