Misuse of 911 / Possession of Cannabis Arrest

100 Block E. New York – Carl Blocker was very intoxicated and called 911 two (2) times requesting Police and EVAC. Each time they responded he stated that he did not need help. He was warned not to do it again. He called again and was arrested. He was also found to be in possession of cannabis. Transported to the VCBJ.
