109 S. Delaware – Jon Beltrami arrived at this residence and got into a verbal altercation with a female. He punched the female in the jaw while holding a knife. The knife cut the females right arm. She was transported to the hospital. Later in the evening Jon Beltrami was located by the Orange City PD. Transported to the VCBJ.
