225 W. New York Ave. At approx. 0230hrs Ofc. Mirino and Ofc.Sexton while on extra patrol observed a small crowd in the back parking lot of the Putnam Hotel. The two officers went inside of the business found JR’s bar back door open. They went inside located seven subjects inside the bar consuming alcohol some were employees and some were customers. Chris Eames identified himself as the manger in charge he was issued a Notice to Appear for the alcohol violation.
