Wal-Mart.  Megan Burges was witnessed by loss prevention conceal a cell phone into her jacket from the electronics department, which was cut from the box. Megan then exited the store without making any attempts to pay for the cell phone. Megan fled the scene prior to the arrival of the police. Megan is known to loss prevention from a previous theft.  A complaint affidavit was completed on Megan.

325 S. Clara.  Mary Allen reported that on sometime between 12-15-11 at about 1600 hours and 01-06-12 at about 1000 hours an unknown suspect stole a chain link gate.  The gate was taken from the side yard of this address.  No leads.

1699 N Woodland the victim advised that her boyfriend had given her Food Stamp Card to a friend. The boyfriend who gave the food stamp card couldn’t recall the subject’s name, who he has known for three years. The amount spent at Wal-Mart was $390.00.
