Wal-Mart - Alexandrine Lehouerou was involved in a hit and run crash at Wal-Mart and she fled the scene. She was followed to 511 N. Kentucky by two witnesses of the crash. She had parked her vehicle in her driveway and had run off across the street. She was located by Sgt. Anderson after the witnesses gave her description and direction of travel. While talking with her she attempted to walk away from Sgt. Anderson twice angrily screaming “I have done nothing wrong”. Lehouerou had the moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her breath. She was warned twice that if she tried to leave again, she would be arrested. At that point she attempted to run to her house. She was taken into custody and transported to the VCBJ. |

Woodland & Lisbon – Incident to a traffic stop, David Bright was arrested for DWLS. Upon a search of his person he was found to be carrying a straight razor in his front pocket. A crack pipe was located on the driver’s seat where he had been sitting. Transported to the VCBJ. |

1175 W. Minnesota – Spring Garden Apartments – The victim reported hearing noises on the back porch of his apartment. When he investigated he saw there was a white male standing on the porch and a piece of screen had been cut out. The suspect took off running and the resident gave chase. The suspect suddenly stopped, turned and cut the resident’s arm with what was described as a kitchen knife. The suspect then ran off. The resident returned to the apartment and found the rear tires of his vehicle has been slashed along with his bicycle tires. The suspect was described as being approximately 6’02” with a reddish colored goatee. Earlier on
this date the resident had reported that the front two tires of his vehicle had been slashed. Reference report #7135. The resident stated that he did not know the suspect. EVAC cleaned up his arm and the resident stated he would take himself to the hospital for stitches. |
