336 S. Kentucky – Melton Hudson Jr. was arrested on an open warrant for resisting without violence. During his arrest he attempted to pull away and strike Officer Winhoven. Hudson had to be physically directed to the ground where he suffered a cut to his lip. He was uncooperative with rescue and refused treatment. Transported to the VCBJ. RTR completed.
