1300 Matt Fair Blvd: A white Nissan Altama stolen out of Orange County was found at the Sterling Sports Complex. The vehicle was processed and towed by Pratt’s. Orange County removed the vehicle and was attempting to contact the owner.

DeLand High School.  Two juveniles entered the high school thru an unlocked gate.  Once inside the juveniles found an unattended golf cart.  The juveniles were able to hot wire the golf cart and took the golf cart for a ride.  In doing so the juveniles crashed the golf cart into a soda machine several times breaking the machine open.  The juveniles then crashed into several crash cans destroying them as well.  School employees called the police where arriving units found the juveniles still on the campus in the golf cart.  DYS would not accept the juveniles so they were turned over to their parents.   707s completed.

Amelia/ Plymouth.  Maria Jimenez was stopped for a traffic infraction.  A computer check revealed that Maria had a suspended DL.  Maria was transported to VCBJ.

808 S. Thompson.  Floria Fair reported that while she was getting ready for bed she heard an unknown suspect knock on her bedroom window, then the bedroom back door.  Fair stated that she left the bedroom area where she called the police.  Fair said that as she was talking with dispatch she saw the unknown suspect in her bedroom where she yelled.  The suspect fled on foot back out the rear bedroom door.  Arriving officers found that the rear bedroom door was kicked open and Fair’s purse was emptied out on her bed.  VCSO Air-One and K-9 Smokey search the area with negative results.  No leads.

New York.  Moses Williams reported that on today’s date between the hours of about 1630 and about 2315 hours an unknown suspect gained access to his residence by breaking out a back window of his house.  Once inside the suspect stole several flat screen TVs and some stereo equipment.  Latent fingerprints were found.
