Dispatch received multiple calls regarding a male and female in a physical altercation in a moving vehicle. The subjects were finally located north of the city limits. When contacted both denied any involvement. A witness was located and identified the male as the aggressor. He was taken into custody and transported to the branch jail.

Calvin / Woodland – Max Ball, 21, was stopped for running a red light.  When Officer Winhoven approached the vehicle, Ball was consuming his cannabis.  A small quantity of cannabis was located in the vehicle.
