Sears North end.  Joseph Carbajal was witnessed by loss prevention select some boots from the shoe department and take them out of the box.  Joseph placed the new boots on his feet and placed his old shoes in the box.  Joseph then exited the store without making any attempts to pay for the boots.  Joseph was found to be in possession of a small baggy containing about .05 grams of cannabis.  Joseph was transported to VCBJ.

516 W. New York Ave: An alarm activation and call from a witness led us to a Burglary at Town and Country Reality. Officer Dolphin found Teresa Spalding in the 200 block of S. Adelle Ave. matching the provided description. The business owner identified property in her possession and Teresa confessed in a post Miranda interview. VCBJ.
