Day shift responded to the 600 block of West Division at the report of a Domestic Disturbance between T. Lyles and a female. Lyles fled prior to police arrival. He was charged by affidavit, felony battery-domestic violence. Later on in the evening he came into contact with the female in the 400 block of South Clara. Lyles again committed acts of domestic violence and another affidavit was generated. Lyles was eventually located at his residence and taken into custody. Transported to the branch jail.
