DL100003345	Vazquez	600 block South Garfield – The victim signed a complaint affidavit against the father of her child, Barrington Byran, for allegedly kicking her in the face during a confrontation. Byran had left the scene prior to officer’s arrival and could not be located. Affidavit passed on to night shift.
1129	Battery D.V.	DL100003346	Kearney	600 block Tall Pine – Dillon and Christine Dorfner who reside together and have children in common were both arrested as mutual combatants following a domestic disturbance. To V.C.B.J.
1130	Warrant Arrest	DL100003349	Vazquez	600 block Tall Pine – While investigation a disturbance at this location Caroline Alden was arrested on an open warrant for F.T.A. To V.C.B.J.
1457	Grand Theft/Retail	DL100003350	Pasley	Walmart – Lempira Norman was arrested for stealing over $1000.00 worth of D.V.D.’s from the store. He dropped a bag that the items were concealed in and ran when the exit reader alarm sounded and a receipt was requested. Norman was caught and detained by staff. The D.V.D.’s were recovered by the store. Norman was transported to V.C.B.J.
1540	Grand Theft	DL100003352	Brazeau	Value Pawn – The victim reported that while she was in the pawnshop, a female later identified as Yvonne Wolfe stole her cell phone off of the counter while it was momentarily left unattended. The store manager played back the video and it showed Wolfe stealing the phone and leaving the store. The manager personally knows Wolfe. Wolfe will be charged via affidavit.
1630	Warrant Arrest	DL100003353	Dolphin	299 East I.S.B. – Teresa Gilbert was arrested on an open warrant for a traffic offense. To V.C.B.J.

0111	Possession Open container alcohol	3361	B. Godwin	100 block East Rich. James Pippin was witnessed drinking beer from a beer can. James has several F.T.A.s and was transported to V.C.B.J.
0111	Possession Open container alcohol	3362	B. Godwin	100 block East Rich. Donald Pitts was witnessed by officers drinking beer from a beer can. Donald had several F.T.A.s and was transported to V.C.B.J.

0210	Possession Open container alcohol	3364	Mirino	100 Block East Rich. Elizabeth Sturgus was witnessed by officers drinking beer from a clear plastic cup in the rear parking lot of Half Times Bar. Elizabeth was issued a N.T.A.
0210	Possession Open container alcohol	3365	Quinn	100 Block East Rich. Ognian Ivanov was witnessed by officers drinking an alcoholic beverage from a clear plastic cup in the rear parking lot of Half Times Bar. Ognian was issued a N.T.A.
0238	Possession Open container alcohol	3366	Mirino	827 South Woodland/ El Manatial Restaurant. Enrique Caro was witnessed drinking a beer in the rear parking lot of this business. Caro has several F.T.A.s and was transported to V.C.B.J.
0300	Disorderly conduct	3367	Quinn	800 block South Woodland. Cresencio Pedraza was witnessed by this officer standing next to the side walk urinating towards the road. This was witnessed by vehicles that were traveling on South Woodland. Pedraza was transported to V.C.B.J.
