Consisting of Mayor, City Manager, two (2) members elected by general employees, and one lay member from the community appointed by the City Commission. Terms of office for the lay member and the two (2) members appointed by the General Employees shall be two (2) years. City residency not required. Requires filing of Annual Financial Form (Form 1).
