Approval of the Amendment to Ground Lease Agreement with FloMet, LLC for property leased at 810 Flightline Boulevard.
Authorization for Quentin L. Hampton Associates, Inc. to design, permit and provide bid and construction phase services for Parts “A” and “B” of the 2011 Reclaimed Water Main Extension Project for a fee of $138,220.
Approval of the Local Agency Program Supplemental Agreement for the SR44 (New York Avenue) Streetscape and the accompanying Resolution authorizing its execution.
PETITIONS AND REQUESTS FROM THE PUBLIC PRESENT
Approval of the Ordinance on second reading in order to comply with the changes to the Florida State Statute re local authority to regulate weapons.
Stetson University is requesting to rezone approximately .45 acres located at 424 E. University Avenue, from R-1 to E-1 to permit educational uses.
Stetson University is requesting to rezone approximately .39 acres located at 347 N, Amelia, from R-1 to E-1 to permit educational uses.
Stetson University is requesting to rezone 2.2 acres located on the east side of N. Garfield Ave., between Minnesota Ave. and Michigan Ave., from R-1B to E-1 to permit educational uses.
Authorization for Quentin L. Hampton Associates, Inc. to provide SRF loan assistance, bidding and construction phase services in connection with the County Club Estates Water Main Extension Project for the amount of $100,040.
Approval of the Ordinance amending Chapter 33 of the Code, on First Reading.
Selection of architect for City contract services and confirmation of the top architectural firms and initiate contract negotiations with them.
Consideration re: Assumption of Street Lights — Blue Lake Woods Subdivision.
Consideration of Electric Vehicle Contract for EECBG Grant.
